Let's get hydrated !
Do you drink enough water in a day?
I know that unless I have a full thing of water on me at all times I forget to stay hydrated.
What a lot of people don't know is that they probably mistake most hunger signals for actually just being thirsty, so before reaching for the snacks try drinking a glass of water and waiting ten minutes. Now I'm not sponsored or promoting anyone because I've been asked I am simply just sharing what I use and what I find works best for me . In a day you should be drinking a minimum of half your body weight in ounces of water.
The lid comes off too so you can add Ice , Fruits , Veggies for quick and easy flavoured water or any supplements you take :) I can not express how much I love mine I can't go a day without it .
An added bonus is that if anything goes wrong with it they replace it immediately!
