We all know that at home fitness gets a LOT of flack for being sketchy. People say you just can’t get results from working out in a small space that isn’t specialized for fitness, but honestly, you can. I love being active, but with my job being a nanny some days I can't make it to the gym. That's when I really started to realize why so many moms have such a hard time getting back into their fitness journey. They simply do not have time . I started looking for programs I could do from anyone's house. I fell in love with alllll of the Beachbody programs. They’re so amazing. So convenient. So easy. We actually have an upcoming fitness challenge group for ladies wanting to feel stronger come 2016! Obviously with the new year is here and so it's natural to get thinking about getting on track. We focus on quick daily workouts, simplified clean eating, and constant love and support from other ladies with similar goals!
The "challenge group" is a private Facebook group for a select group of ladies doing the exact same fitness program! We encourage one another, celebrate our successes, and vent if needed lol (which happens a LOT because honestly, cravings and soreness are a regular occurrence and that’s a good thing!)! We share recipes, motivational quotes, and cheer each other on! And my mom owns a crossfit , I go to the gym regularly, I am loyal to a specific yoga instructor at my gym but I STILL prefer to have these workouts on hand ! If you are someone who likes going to the gym like myself if I have time I will go to the gym and take my program and do it there simply because I love the environment . But that being said now if I'm going away or have a super busy day I don't have to sweat missing the gym. I’ve actually made so many new friends thanks to this, which I know sounds cheesy but it’s the best. All of the cheering on is something that’s often missing from a usual gym routine, that lack of support!
It all starts with a 21 day workout program/challenge (but you can obviously do it longer) It’s made up of 30 minute workouts that are different each day of the week - ranging from yoga, weighted cardio, upper body weights, lower body weights, pilates, you name it! We keep it interesting! This group is designed specifically for people with hectic lives. You don't need to work out for 2 hours a day to get results. These programs prove that!
